A pretty 1940s two-piece suit with a nautical air: sailor type blouse trimmed with braid, and slacks that fit precisely… note the buttons at front, lacing in back. The jaunty tie is another nautical touch. Blouse can be fashioned with short straight sleeves or long sleeves that gather into a cuff.
