A late 1930s style set of blouses and matching pencil skirt. Blouse can be fashioned in 3 variations- with a ruffled jabot collar or front tie collar. Long straight sleeves with button detail or 3/4 sleeves shaped with tuck pleats at elbow and sleeve opening.
