Circa 1938 style women’s blouse and skirt. The blouse with shirring at the neckline has a small collar gathered at the front. Long sleeves may be attached at the dropped shoulders. The girdle, joined at the lower edge of the blouse, ties at the side. The skirt is made with an inverted pleat or panel in front.
