A 1951 evening gown or wedding dress in long or shorter length. Gathered skirt in three tiers. Top skirt joined to drop waist line of shirred bodice. Other two tiers join a yoke to form an underskirt which is worn under the dress for long length. Separate underblouse has high round neckline and long fitted sleeves, and may also be worn under the dress.1
